One of the greatest life lessons is that “Apart from ME you can do nothing” (John 15:5) as He is the Vine and we are the branches.
He gives us everything we need EVERYDAY…AS we walk in HIM and not in our flesh.
He promises to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we need.
We often feel like we are walking in the Spirit as wobbly babies. But as we age, grow and get stronger, we realize that He is all the strength that we need.
Failures, trials, and our weaknesses often bring us to a sweet and greater dependence on Him….which frees us from the performance treadmill.
Surrender is a gift that you can give yourself.
Pray His promises back to Him.
Pray other people into your growing kids' lives that can guide them in ways that you cannot.
His Yoke is easy and light…It is where we find rest for our souls.
We often can only plant the seeds…and then wait for the harvest.
He is patient and long-suffering with us!
It takes time to grow. Invest time in His Word and be alone with Him!!!
Reading the WORD to your children every day will have life-giving results.
Because we live in a fallen world, often things will not be as we want.
When we love our husbands we are actually loving God.
Become interested in whatever your spouse is interested in.
